We are delighted to announce that the SERVSIG International Research Conference will be held on June 17-19, 2010 in Porto, Portugal. The Conference will be hosted by the School of Engineering of the University of Porto, which started a Service Management and Engineering Masters Degree in 2007.
SERVSIG is the name given to the American Marketing Association’s Services Marketing Special Interest Group. The SERVSIG International Research Conference is held in a different country every two years.
